A dietician wanted to test three different diets to find out if the mean weight loss for each of these diets is the same.  She randomly selected 21 overweight persons, randomly divided them into three groups, Diet I, Diet II, and Diet III. After running an Anova, Single Factor hypothesis test on the data, she determined at least 2 means are different.

In order to determine where the differences exist in an ANOVA test, Tukey developed another critical value and a procedure to find those differences.  When utilizing Tukey's Omega, given the following Excel print-out, can you determine the treatments in where the differences exist.
