transit business company enhances its business strategies by establishing an elaborate system

 

networks helping in the coordination of the company activities globally. The organization uses it

 

strategic information systems implementation as a competitive advantage to other logistics

 

companies. It has expanded its conglomerates to territorial borders, because of easy in network

 

connection under one control headquarters based at a strategic location. The benefit of the

 

information technology within the organization is the facilitation of the organizations activities

 

and the collaboration of the company and the customers. The communication between the

 

customers expands the customer?s base increasing the profitability of the company.
