The United States health care department has been plagued by quite a good number of

 

predicaments. However, one of the most felt issues has been financial problems in this very

 

important sector of the economy. Consequently, the political class has directed its conversations

 

and debates towards those policies which can be helpful in eradicating this disaster. In this

 

research paper ,Kuczmarski, Ogden, Guo, & Grumm,2002), I will be talking about the key

 

methodologies for the practical application of financial managament in healthcare organizations

 

and also have a brief discussion concerning the future of healthcare financial management in the

 

United States of America.

 

It is a very tricky affair managing finances in health care organizations these days. Someone has

 

compared it to driving a car on a foggy day. So many changes have taken place in the industry

 

following the introduction of the Affordable Care Act. Financial management entails meeting

 

various financial goals. The plans and strategies of the hospital must go hand in hand with the

 

way it manages its finances. For example, when a qualified doctor sells his services to the

 

management of the hospital, then he or she will be considered as the employee of that institution.

 

Generally, financial management in hospitals should be geared towards eliminating costly

 

medical conditions, both for the patients and to the hospitals.

 

The future of financial management in the United States

 

So many recommendations have been made, both by non-governmental organizations and the
