2) The paper has a great deal of information however the references are almost 20 years old, and I would think with the prescription drug abuse epidemic that is occuring in the United States that there should be a great deal of information available on the subject. Also I could not tell which particular community that you are addressing in the paper, it came across as more national based. I think some statistics would help support the information that you have provided and drive home to the audience just how bad the problem is.
